Summer Update

Update–August 6th, 2025

Still writing. Still surviving.

I’m deep into Whispers in the Frost and plotting the third installment of Battle Engines. Progress has slowed a bit thanks to the ever-hungry demands of my full-time job. These days, I’m squeezing out around a thousand words a week—on a good week.

So far, I’ve fully written and edited six chapters of Whispers in the Frost, with fifteen planned total. The draft currently sits at around 40,000 words, and I expect it to land somewhere between 80,000 and 100,000 when all is said and done. So... halfway-ish?

Despite the slower pace, things are moving forward. I’ll also keep posting lore updates here for those who enjoy diving deeper into the world outside of the main stories.
